วัตถุประสงค์
:
o To build an ultrasonic anisotropic wet etching unit and to find the optimal etching conditions in order to reduce etching time, to eliminate hillocks on the etched surface and to create a 45 degree and 90 degree of wall angle.
o To study a result of a combination of anisotropic wet etching and dry etching to reduce etching time, eliminate hillocks on the etched surface and create a 45 degree and 90 degree of wall angle.
o To compare the results from an ultrasonic anisotropic wet etching technique and a combination of anisotropic etching and dry etching technique.
