วัตถุประสงค์

Following the three issues detailed above, the objectives will further assist in understanding of the fuller contextual nature of CSR and employee outcomes in terms of their work engagement and behaviours. The first objective proposes to explore the nature of CSR and its specific outcomes for employees and organisations. The second objective aims to examine the effects of specific CSR actions on employee outcomes from the perspectives of employees and managers.
