Crystallization, Growth, and Morphology Control under High Humidity Condition of 2-Dimensional Perovskite towards Next Generation Optoelectronic Devices
A. To be able to fabricate pinhole-free, smooth 2D perovskite under various humidity conditions with the ability to control both thicknesses and electronic properties for future optoelectronic applications ( i.e. solar cells, light emitting diodes, and photodetectors). The focus will be on in situ conditions of Thailand (high humidity and high temperature).
B. Optimize 2D perovskite in terms of A (type of large organic cations) and n, yielding band gaps tunability.
C. Moisture stability study of 2D perovskite of different n to enable future real-world usability for Thailand and the world community.
