วัตถุประสงค์
:
To investigate protein fluctuations and structural dynamics of HER2 kinase domain in the context of the asymmetric dimer formation of HER2/EGFR heterodimer compared to those of the asymmetric dimer formation of HER2/HER2 homodimer.
To identify the important interacting motifs and energetic factors which are crucial for stabilizing intermolecular interactions between two kinase molecules in HER2/EGFR heterodimer compared to those in HER2/HER2 homodimer.
