To identify the key enzymes in the steroidogenic and androgenic pathway from the CNS-gonad transcriptomes, 2. To examine the expression of key androgenic enzymes in CNS, testicular, spermatic duct and androgenic gland tissues by RT-PCR, 3. To show the existences of testosterone in CNS, testicular, spermatic duct and androgenic gland tissues by LC-MS/MS; and 4.
