วัตถุประสงค์
:
1 To optimized the offline fluorecense PDE5 inhibitory activity assay in 96-well plate
2 To develop continuous flow PDE5 assay
3 To develop the effective a LC/MS/MS online coupling system for screening PDE5 activity and chemical characterization of PDE5 inhibitors (main purpose)
4 To elucidate the structures of PDE5 inhibitors in medicinal plant used as aphrodisiac agent using LC/MS/MS online coupling system for PDE5 (main purpose)
5 To identify the PDE5 inhibitors from K. parviflora and E. macrobulbon using LC/MS/MS coupled online with PDE5 assay
