วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1 To synthesize the novel series of 22-O-amino ester and 5-O-amino ester renieramycin derivatives.
2.2 To evaluate cytotoxicity of new renieramycin derivatives toward lung cancer.
2.3 To synthesize tetrahydroisoquinolinequinone -bearing probe for chemical proteomics.
2.4 To demonstrate the proof-of-concept study of renieramycins-bearing probe for related protein elucidation against lung cancer and identification of anticancer mechanism.
