วัตถุประสงค์

This present work aims to develop a simple and cost-effective flow injection system with a lectin affinity column for determination of fucome (cancer biomarker) in human serum. The performance of the proposed system will be evaluated by determining the amount of fucome in different types of cancer serum, with comparison to normal serum.
