วัตถุประสงค์
:
1.1 To validate the presentation of STRAP, and intensity level of expression in clinical sample.
1.2 To study the association between STRAP expression level and clinical parameters including survival rate, disease free survival, metastasis potential, tumor volume etc.
1.3 To identify the role of STRAP in tumorigenesis potential including proliferation, migratory, invasion, apoptosis, and implantation ability of osteosarcoma cell lines.
1.4 To identify the role of STRAP silencing enhance normal TGF?-smad pathway.
1.5 To identify that STRAP silencing aberration function of PDK1 activities.
