วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To determine the presence of mitochondrial protein component in domestic cat and wild cat sperm as the target proteins (adenine nucleotide translocase (ANT), phosphate carrier protein (PiC) and cyclophillin D (CyP-D)) for pharmacological substance supplementation
2. To investigate the roles of 5' adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK) and mitochondrial transition pore (MPTP), present in sperm mitochondria, on domestic and non-domestic cat sperm quality and fertilizing ability after cryopreservation process
3. To establish the genome resource bank model for endangered wild felids
