2.1 To perform comprehensive analyses of clinical phenotypes, ultrastructures, pathomechanisms of oro-dental abnormalities associated with dysmorphic syndromes.
2.1.1 To examine color, ultrastructure, and elemental compositions of affected teeth.
2.1.2 To characterize cells extracted from affected teeth: expression of stem cell markers,
proliferation rate/colony forming unit, osteogenic differentiation ability
2.2 To identify mutations and study new genetic variants with unknown significance found in Thai patients with dysmorphic syndromes.
2.3 To delineate the pathogenesis of oro-dental anomalies and the correlation between oral phenotype and genetic mutations.
