วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To develop a scalable fabrication technology of CZTS thin film solar cell with enhanced performance
2. To synthesize CZTS thin film as an absorber layer by convective deposition
3. To investigate the effect of process parameters on size, composition, morphology, and phase and find appropriate operating conditions suitable for?solar cell device. Four different types of parameters will be performed: (1) concentration of precursor solution, (2) blade angle (3) deposition speed (velocity of moving substrate), (4) thickness of CZTS layer, and (5) annealing temperature
4. To observe the grain size, morphology, composition, uniformity, and crystal structure of CZTS thin films, which are correlated to structural and optical properties and solar cell performance
