วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1 To theoretically study the current-induced domain wall motion in the presence of both conventional spin torque and spin-orbit torque arising from the spin hall effect
2.2 Investigate the effect of spin-orbit torque on perpendicularly magnetized material (Co/MgO) and on domain wall motion of Pt/Co/MgO structure by considering DW displacement and DW velocity
2.3 Consider the effect of spin hall angle and thickness of ferromagnet on the critical current
