1. To determine the mRNA expression of antioxidant genes HO-1, NQO1 and Nrf2 in CCA cells after PL treatment and in the presence of NQO1 or HO-1 Inhibitors.
2. To determine the mechanism of HO-1 or NQO1 or Nrf2 in the sensitivity of CCA cells to PL using transient knockdown model in CCA cell lines.
3. To investigate the synergistic effect of PL and standard chemotherapeutic agents, gemcitabine or cisplatin by cytotoxic assay.
