วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1 Develop an automatically course timetabling tool using animal-inspired optimisation algorithms for solving the university course timetabling problem (UCTP) based on minimising the total operating costs including overhead costs, lecturing costs, and setup/cleaning costs.
2.2 Improve the performances of an animal-inspired optimisation algorithm to solve the UCTP via: (i) optimal parameter settings obtained from experimental design and analysis; (ii) modification approach; and (iii) hybrid approach.
