วัตถุประสงค์
:
1) To investigate the effect of common nearshore heavy metals contaminants (copper and zinc) exposure on the physiological mechanisms of Rhizophora mucronata seedlings with an emphasis on photosynthesis and antioxidant systems.
2) To develop a suite of biomarkers of sub-lethal heavy metal stress in Rhizophora mucronata seedlings for early detection of heavy metal contamination
