วัตถุประสงค์
:
The aim of this work is to develop new paper-based devices based on competitive immunoassay with silver enhancement system for high sensitive, simple and rapid cortisol detection. The devices are designed and created on an inexpensive paper based material for a simple operation of competitive immunoassay. The silver-enhanced gold signal is prepared and applied in the assay in order to increase the sensitivity of the cortisol detection. Finally, the developed device is applied to the detection of salivary cortisol.
