1) Various pathogenic fungi of mangroves in Thailand are complex. We will study these poorly known fungi and provide information about their classification by carrying out molecular analysis of our collections.
2) To identify and document endophytic fungi and major pathogenic fungi on mangrove plant.
3) To study antimicrobial activity of selected foliar fungi from mangrove by antibacterial assays.
4) To study chemical constituents from selected endophytic fungi that showed good antimicrobial activity.
