วัตถุประสงค์
:
Our aims of the study include:
1. Investigation of the T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire of osteoarthritic patients prior and after total knee arthroplasty (TKA) at 6 months and 1 year post-operation
2. Characterization of stimulated peripheral blood T cells from individuals with osteoarthritis or healthy controls with the determined p263-280 peptide fragment (either CD4+ or CD8+ predominant stimulation, cytokine secretion, cytotoxicity from stimulation)
3. Determine whether cross-presentation is a means by which the p263-280 peptide fragment is presented to CD8+ T cells
