วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1 To explain the genetic relationships and genetic differentiation among five pig breeds (Southern Thai indigenous pig, Northeastern Thai indigenous pig and three exotic pig breeds) using DNA barcoding marker.
2.2 To evaluate the genetic diversity and the population structure of five pig breeds (Southern Thai indigenous pig, Northeastern Thai indigenous pig and three exotic pig breeds) by typing SNPs in selected genes.
