Fabrication and vibration energy harvesting of the flexible electrostrictive composites with conducting additive interaction using a pulsed laser ablation technique
2.1 To fabricate the three phase composite films filled with conductive nanoparticles in an electrostrictive polyurethane and poly(vinylidenefluoride - hexafluoropropylene) polymer.
2.2 To synthesize the conducting nanoparticles (i.e. Ag and Cu nanoparticles) using the pulsed laser ablation technique.
2.3 To study the effect of ablation parameters on the morphology, topology and phase structure of these composites.
2.4 To study and characterize the electrical, mechanical and electrostrictive properties of the obtained polymer composite films.
2.5 To obtain a new ablation approach of these electrostrictive composites for developing energy harvesting.
2.6 To obtain the high harvested power from these electrostrictive polymer composites.
2.7 To obtain graduated student (undergrad or master degree).
