วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To study the antiproliferative effect of pure compounds of C. latifolia in leukemic cell lines and their corresponding MDR cell lines.
2. To investigate the molecular mechanism underlining the anticancer activity of active compounds of C. latifolia on multidrug-resistant leukemic cell line as compared to the parental cell line.
