วัตถุประสงค์

This work utilizes plane wave DFT with periodic model calculation to study the roles of Mo- and W- doping on the enhanced photoelectrochemical performance of doped BiVO4 photoanode. The main objectives of this study are listed.
1. To study effects of Mo- and W-doping to geometrical and electronic structures of BiVO4
2. To calculate polaron migration barrier of undoped BiVO4
3. To study effects of Mo- and W-doping to the calculated polaron migration barriers in BiVO4
