วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1. To characterize and identify the neural signaling of mesolimbic reward circuit in mice-exposed to acute MS extract.
2.2. To study chronic effect of MS extract on neural signaling of mesolimbic reward circuit by monitoring the signal during both repeated administration period and withdrawal period.
2.3. To evaluate the reinforcing effect of MS extract using conditioned place preference (CPP) paradigm.
