วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1 To prepare layers of selective electron contact for use in CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite by using a spin coating, ion layer gas reaction and/or sputtering method.
2.2 To investigate charge injecting behaviors of the CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite films when they are deposited on those fabricated charge selective contact layers using the SPV technique.
2.3 To study effects of thermal and solvent treatments on crystal structure, surface morphology and grain size of the CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite films.
2.4 To fabricate complete solar cells by having an optimized charge selective contact layer that will be prepared by different techniques, and clarify important information between changes in grain size, charges in charge selective contact layers towards device performance.
