วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1 To determine whether KP suppresses growth and survival signaling in ovarian and cervical cancer cells
2.2 To evaluate whether KP has effects on inducing cell cycle arrest and reducing viability of ovarian and cervical cancer cells
2.3 To investigate whether KP can decrease metalloproteinase production and cell migration in ovarian and cervical cancer cells
2.4 To examine whether KP induces apoptosis of cancer cell through regulating phosphorylation status of pro- and anti-apoptotic proteins
