วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To facilitate the acquisition of practical knowledge related to PRC Chinese transnational entrepreneurial experiences by interested Thai state and non-state actors in Chiang Mai city;
2. To enrich social integration and expand networks for further collaboration between PRC Chinese transnational entrepreneurs and Thai representatives; and
3. To examine the impact and implications of servicing PRC Chinese transnational entrepreneurs as cultural diplomats in both sending and receiving states policy-making process.
