วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1 To synthesize and characterize Ca2+-imprinted polymer made with different monomers, MAA, VPD, EDMA, Polyxamer, etc. 2.2 To determinate Ca2+ in serum, milk and water by using Ca2+-imprinted probe and compare with atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). 2.3 To study the possibility of fluorescence probe into molecularly imprinted polymer for study of ability of Ca2+ onto the cavity in the presence of Ca2+ as template for imprinting. 2.4 To study and identify the Ca2+ composition of the artificial cell, IIP probe, in the presents of Ca2+ in various concentrations for better understanding in fundamental of Ca2+-imprinted cavities.
