วัตถุประสงค์
:
This project aims to create pH-responsive hydrogels with supramolecular crosslinks that provide controlled drug release. The objectives include the following.
1 To synthesize pH-responsive poly(ethylene glycol) hydrogels via supramolecular interactions of tannic acid, iron(III), and polymeric chains
2 To study and compare the drug release profiles of the supramolecular poly(ethylene glycol) hydrogels with and without biodegradable disulfide intra-linkage bonds
3 To study cancer cell treatment effectiveness of the drug-loaded supramolecular hydrogels
