1.Our long term goal is to develop RRKRRR-conjugated dendrimers that can simultaneously present multiple copies of anti-VEGF peptide and deliver anti-angiogenic agent to interrupt the angiogenesis.
2.Our central hypothesis is that anti-VEGF peptide conjugated on dendrimers loaded with anti-angiogenic agent will significantly inhibit proliferation, permeability, migration, and tissue factor production of endothelial cells in response to VEGF
