วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1 To study an integrative FGFRs genomic alterations including somatic mutations, copy number alterations and gene fusions in CCA.
2.2 To investigate the expression of FGFRs and their prognostic significance in CCA.
2.3 To examine the mechanisms by which the high FGFR expression drives oncogenesis in CCA cells.
2.4 To determine the effect of FGFRs inhibitors on inhibiting oncogenic FGFRs in CCA cells.
