วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To investigate the protective effects of omega-3 PUFA and RA isolated fractions from Nga-mon seed on the reduction of PM and TNF-?-induced ROS production by activation of inflammatory cytokines (IL-1, IL-6, IL-8, iNOS, COX2) and the induction of FOXO transcription factors and MnSOD/catalase enzyme expression in human lung epithelial A549 cells.
