วัตถุประสงค์
:
The ultimate goal of this study is to utilize waste glycerol derived from the biodiesel production process and algal biomass to produce multi-fuel and value added chemical including of hydrogen ethanol, methane, 1-3-PD and bioplastic. In order to achieve the goal, the objectives were divided into 5 parts as follows:
2.1 To determine factor affecting on simultaneously hydrogen and ethanol production from co-digestion of waste glycerol and algal biomass by thermophilic anaerobic mixed cultures.
2.2 To determine factor affecting on 1,3-PD production from co-digestion of waste glycerol and algal biomass using isolated microorganism.
2.3 To study on methane production from hydrogen and ethanol production effluent.
2.4 To study on bioplastic production from hydrogen and ethanol production effluent.
2.5 To analyze the microbial community in the fermentation process (section 2.1, 2.3) by molecular techniques viz., polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis.
