วัตถุประสงค์
:
1.To fabricate a hybrid oxides between thermoelectric and piezoelectric materials including CCO-BCZT, CMNO-BCZT and ZAO-BCZT systems and to investigate the influences of a crystal structure, microstructure and local structure on thermoelectric and piezoelectric properties of these hybrid oxides.
2.To seek new materials which exhibits simultaneously a thermoelectricity and piezoelectricity. These materials are expected to be alternative materials for an additional energy harvesting from waste-heat and vibrational source.
