วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To elucidate the key structural features of ATPase inhibitors of DNA gyrase in a series of triazoles and pyrazinamides through MD simulation, binding free energy calculations and CoMSIA approaches
2 .To design new ATPase inhibitors of DNA gyrase based on the key structural features obtained from QSAR, MD simulation and binding free energy calculations approaches
3. To identify novel potential of ATPase inhibitors of DNA gyrase using structure based virtual screening and post docking methods
4. To evaluate the antimycobacterial activity and toxicity of new hits compounds of ATPase inhibitors from virtual screening approaches
5. To rational design new derivatives with high predicted activity of lead compounds as ATPase inhibitors
