วัตถุประสงค์
:
Herein, the main purposes are to exhaustively investigate the key fundamental aspects of h-BN/BlueP vdWH as follows:
1.Interface bonding between the h-BN and BlueP sheets
2.Interlayer charge transfer as caused by the different electronegativity of h-BN and BlueP monolayers
3.The band alignment
4.The change of band gap with respect to the variation in external vertical pressure, the presence of substitutional doping impurities, and the native structural defects
5.The dielectric functions h-BN/BlueP vdWH before and after the presence of external incentives (i. e., vertical pressure, substitutional doping by C, and native B and N point-defects)
