วัตถุประสงค์
:
-To prepare film-forming topical sprays for antifungal drugs using ethyl cellulose and Eudragit? as film-forming polymers for treatment of fungal infection.
-To evaluate the influence of ethyl cellulose and different type of Eudragit? ratio on physicochemical properties of film-forming topical sprays.
-To evaluate the effect of solvent and hydrophilic and hydrophobic plasticizers on physicochemical properties of film-forming topical sprays.
-To evaluate the influence of antifungal agents on physicochemical properties, drug release and antifungal activities of film-forming topical sprays.
