A Workshop on Curriculum Development on East Asian Studies and the Fourth Meeting of the Promotion of East Asian Studies Network for East Asian Studies
1. To organize the first workshop on Curriculum Development on East Asian Studies, in response to the mandate of the second and third meetings of the Executive Committee of Network of East Asian Studies to strengthen East Asian Studies in East Asia
2. To open an opportunity for those involving in teaching or curriculum/research development in 13 countries of Network of East Asian Studies to meet and exchange their experiences and points of views on East Asian Studies.
3. To identify appropriate approaches for regional cooperation in curriculum development on East Asian Studies. This is based on the presentations and exchange of information on the current state of courses on East Asia among participants.
4. To identify appropriate approaches of work plan and timeframe for the following workshop.
