1. To screen and isolate strains of microorganisms for BOD sensors. The selected strains will be obtained and competitive to the existed microbes reported and patented.
2. BOD sensors based on selected strains will be constructed and to characterise their performances.
3. BOD sensors will be verified with three sources of wastewater samples from canned fruits, brewery and beverages factory site.
