1. To study the development, pattern, and characteristics of Public-Private-People Partnership (4Ps) regarding solid waste management during flood crisis in Thailand as a status guo. 2. To analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the 4Ps in the cases of Ayuttaya and Bangkok. 3. To study the lesson learnt 4Ps at the institutional level and synthesize the success factors that could be applied to Thailand. 4.To give recommendations to Thai policy makers on the institutional platform for introducing more formal and systematic scheme of 4Ps in tackling solid waste problems during massive flood in Thailand.
