1) to engage key stakeholders in informing and co-designing drought monitoring practices, ensuring collaboration among themselves during and after the project;
2) to develop new drought monitoring and characterisation indicators for Thailand based on stakeholders needs;
3) to improve understanding of drought impacts on agriculture and assess farmers adaptive capacity to droughts in a case study catchment;
4) to increase drought resilience and build capacity through a better communication of drought risk and the associated impacts for agriculture.
