วัตถุประสงค์
:
The overall objective is to characterize the neuroendocrine mechanism(s) underlying the regulation of the female native Thai chicken reproductive system. Roles of pituitary hormones (prolactin, luteinizing hormone, and follicle stimulating hormone), and hypothalamic releasing factors (vasoactive intestinal peptide, gonadotropin releasing hormone), and other neurotransmitters (dopamine and serotonin) will be investigated.
