The objectives of this research are to generate reliable theoretical models of HSA using MM, QM/MM and ONIOM methodologies to (a) help explain known experimental observations and (b) develop method to help predict future experimental trends. These results will have significant implications for the application of structure based drug design for ADMET liabilities.
