Identification of mass fingerprinting of Leptospira spp. using matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS)
1. To identify and/or differentiate the mass fingerprinting of reference Leptospira spp. including pathogenic, intermediate and non-pathogenic group using MALDI-TOF MS
2. To identify and/or differentiate the mass fingerprinting of Genus Leptospira intraspecies with different serogroup and/or serovar.
3. To identify the mass fingerprinting of Leptospira spp. from clinical samples.
4. To establish the unique mass fingerprinting to be use as local reference for epidemiology study of Leptospira.
