1) Study the corporate sustainability development strategy adopted by the listed firms in the Stock Exchange of Thailand 2) Test the relationship between the sustainability level and financial leverage. 3)Examine between high and low sustainability firms in Thailand and examine its determinant factors including the corporate governance, the ownership structure, business risk and captures the determinants to explain sustainability level 4)Test the financial performance of the low- and high-sustainability firms.
