1.To determine the expression of CD147, P-glycoprotein (P-gp) and survivin in K562 and K562/Adr leukemic cell lines
2.To determine a linkage exits between CD147 expression and P-gp activity or apoptosis
3.To determine the role of CD147 in the regulation of drug resistance and apoptosis in K562 and K562/Adr leukemic cell lines using our monoclonal antibodies against different epitopes of CD147
