The objectives of this work are first to discover the new approach that can effectively pin point the location of OD especially when the quality of the input image is low such as having noise, being blurry, having unusual lighting. Second, we would like to also to be able to detect the boundary of the OD accurately. Third, we would like to collect all useful subroutines for the doctors, physicians, practitioners, or researchers whose work requires precision of OD or retina vessels so that they programs or functions can efficiently and accurately pre-analyze symptoms, degrees of illness, or find suitable treatments from the patients image of the retina.
