วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. Determination of mitophagic response between dermal fibroblast obtained from affected and unaffected individuals carrying homoplasmic m.11778G>A.
2. Generation of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) from fibroblasts derived from affected and unaffected individuals.
3. Induction of retinal ganglion cell(or neuronal progenitor cells) differentiation from iPSCs
4. Assessment of differential mitophagic response between affected and unaffected neuronal cells together with their mitochondrial health status.
