The objective of this research are to generate new antibodies inhibitors against TK domain of EGFR using biopanning and biochemical assay and computer-aided protein design. These including three objectives
1. To produce ScFv and VH/VHH antibodies that against EGFR-TK by using bio-panning technique
2. To computationally characterize antibodies/EGFR-TK complexes
3. To engineer more effective antibodies and test against tyrosine kinase and non-small cell lung cancer cell line.
