วัตถุประสงค์
:
Aim 1: To select and identify promising candidate probiotics based on prebiotic utilization, in vitro acid and bile tolerance, antimicrobial activity and presence of binding-related genes.
Aim 2: To validate the usefulness of selected probiotics against pathogenic challenge in vivo
Aim 3: To derive safe alternatives based on beneficial bacteria to substitute for in-feed antibiotics
